Policieswhat I expect from my clients and what they can expect from me

 

  • Cancellation policy requires 24-hour prior notice; otherwise full charge is made for the session.
  •  Payment is due for services rendered at time of treatment.
  • Cash and local checks are accepted.
  • There is a $25.00 fee for any check returned for insufficient funds or closed accounts.
  • New clients must provide a current credit card for booking.
  • Discounts are available when multiple massages are purchased at one time.
  • Gift certificates are available. Although they are non-refundable, they are transferable.
  • Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late will end at the originally appointed time and are full price.
  • Please be present <please do not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs>.
  • Provide a health history and updates when necessary.
  • Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If my safety feels compromised in any way, the session is stopped immediately.
  • This office is a non-smoking environment.
  • Thank you for being physically clean.
  • Be honest with yourself and with me.
  • Do not eat heavy meals less than two hours prior to treatment.
